Lebanese Kebab 


This delicious Lebanese kebab recipe can be made in minutes and is perfect for serving people around. Follow all the steps suggested by the chef to get the perfect dish.






Ingredients

  • Money 1 kg
  • 1 cup steamed macaroni
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Eggs 2
  • Chopped onion 3
  • Boiled potatoes 3
  • Tomato 3
  • 6 to 8 green peppers
  • 1 ginger garlic paste
  • 1 piece of crushed pepper
  • Oil as needed
  • Salt to taste

Method


  • In a frying pan, add 1 kg minced meat, 1 ginger garlic paste, 3 chopped onions and salt to taste. Grind on low heat and grind on low heat.
  • Add 3 chopped tomatoes, 6 to 8 chopped green chillies, 1 cup peas, 1 cup steamed macaroni and mix well. Now cut well in a helicopter.
  • Now add a tablespoon of pumpkin pepper and make long round kebabs.
  • Now put in heat oil for a week as needed.
  • Dip each kebab in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
  • Remove from oil, spread on paper and serve hot.
