Chicken White Handi
Ingredients
- Chicken 2 kg (without bones)
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- Salt 1-1 / 2 tbsp
- 1 cumin seeds (roasted and crushed)
- Coriander 1 piece (roasted and crushed)
- 6 white peppers3 pieces of crushed pepper
- Take 4 pieces of green chillies
- Yoghurt 2 cups
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cups of oil
- Green Pepper 3 (chopped)
Method
- Heat oil in a pot and fry ginger garlic in it for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken with salt, coriander and cumin seeds for 2 minutes
- Add chopped green pepper, black pepper, chilli, pepper and chilli.
- Stir from time to time and cover with cream and cook until thick
- Finally serve butter with bread or chapatti.
