Chicken White Handi






Ingredients


  • Chicken 2 kg (without bones)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • Salt 1-1 / 2 tbsp
  • 1 cumin seeds (roasted and crushed)
  • Coriander 1 piece (roasted and crushed)
  • 6 white peppers3 pieces of crushed pepper
  • Take 4 pieces of green chillies
  • Yoghurt 2 cups
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cups of oil
  • Green Pepper 3 (chopped)

Method


  • Heat oil in a pot and fry ginger garlic in it for 2 minutes.
  • Add chicken with salt, coriander and cumin seeds for 2 minutes
  • Add chopped green pepper, black pepper, chilli, pepper and chilli.
  • Stir from time to time and cover with cream and cook until thick
  • Finally serve butter with bread or chapatti.
