Hot & Sour Soup

Ingredients


1) 1 piece of sugar
2) Salt to taste
3) 1/2 tsp sugar
4) 1 tablespoon white pepper powder
5) Food colour (red or orange) 1 pinch
6) Chicken boneless (chopped) 200 grams
7) Cabbage 40-50 grams
8) Carrots 40-50 grams
9) 1 cup of tomato ketchup
10) Lemon juice 1 large
11) Corn flour 1/2 cup
12) Eggs 3
13) 2 pieces of chicken powder
14) 15 ml chilli sauce
15) Prawns 100 grams

Method


1. Boil 2 and 1/2 cups of water.
2. Now add chicken powder and mix well.
3. Then add sauce, spices, sugar, chicken and prawns and cook for 15-20 minutes.
4. Now add ketchup and vegetables and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Beat the eggs and add to the soup, stirring slowly and constantly.
Now. Now mix the cornflour in a little water, avoid the formation of lumps, add food colouring to it and slowly add it to the soup.
7. Finally, add lemon juice and cook for 10 minutes and serve.
